Dive into the Darkness

This holiday season I am shifting
Turning my attention inward
Making space in my schedule to dive into the darkness of my restoration
&& damn does it feel good 💕
It’s important to tell you this meant not listening to my business coaches & as a common theme in my life, I chose to trust my intuition and nourish my True Essence
In place of attending every holiday party, I’ve chosen a select few that brought deep meaning to the celebration of this magical season
Those in which my daughter Ella and I danced SOULFULLY, made meaningful memories with our friends we cherish and explored new festivals, had matching whimsical butterflies 🦋painted on our faces and even manifested live music and a Christmas tree lighting 🎄
Bathed by stargazing at night, snuggling up together and watching Christmas movies, taking naps in the sunshine, waking up slow, watching God paint the sky with lakeside sunrises, dancing naked under the full moon and howling deep into the cosmos. Appreciating the natural rhythm of the season generously clearing my schedule in clinic and with my private clients
You know you need these things when they spontaneously occur & your deep heartfelt response is relief
Don’t get me wrong, I love caring for my patients and teaching my clients but it’s quite easy for me to overextend myself because my heart generously wants to serve
This is where my intuition comes in, the deep Divine Feminine Inner Goddess who serenades the song I sing to my clients;
“You must fill your cup before you pour into others”
I shifted from waking up at 4:30 AM to practice my sadana of vinyasa yoga, kundalini, transcendental meditation and gratitude, then teaching yoga out of my private lakeside studio at 6:30 AM to working 9:30-5:30 PM then teaching more private coaching sessions at night after driving 1.5 hours home in traffic, to find myself feeling fulfilled but exhausted at 8-9pm at night
My heart admires my dedication to my patients, clients and manifestation of my mission to Heal the Healers ♥️
I witnessed my clients make INCREDIBLE TRANSFORMATIONS
STRETCH TIME
LEARN TO LOVE THEMSELVES
HEAL THEIR GUT
HEAL BACK PAIN
CONNECT WITH THIER ANCESTORS
& HONOR THEIR SOVEREIGNTY
All of this was magical. I was surprised honestly by how deeply they healed. I even discovered a blossoming of my own gift of mediumship which once terrified me.
It was the perfect transition for me to move my focus inward as I gratefully completed this cycle of expansion
I encourage you to honor the whispers of your intuition
